Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
